Char Dham Yatra

Day 1: Arrive Rishikesh - Sayanachatti :

Met Rishikesh than proceed to proceed to Sayanachatti.Enroute visit Barkot this is the place of great scenic beauty with spectacular views of snow-capped mountains all around. A magnificent view of the eternal snow peaks of Bandar punch can be seen from here.Than after proceed to Sayanachatti.Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Sayanachatti - Yamunotri - Sayanachatti :

After early breakfast, we will proceed to Phoolchatti. On arrival, we begin our trek to Yamunotri (7 km/ 3 hrs) to visit the temple of Goddess Yamuna, situated on the bank of the river. You can take a holy dip in the nearby tank filled by hot springs and cook rice in its water, the common rituals performed by the devotees. We return to Sayanachatti in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 :Sayanachatti - Uttarkashi :

Morning after breakfast drive to Uttarkashi.Check in at hotel before Lunch.  Post lunch visit to Vishwanath Temple  & Hanuman Temple. Overnight stay in resort.

Day 4 : Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi :

Morning after an early breakfast drive to reach Gangotri which is 100 km far from here.This is situated along with the Bhagirathi river also known as River Ganges, Gangorti is yet another important Dham.  On arrival visit Gangotri Temple and Bazar.Later drive to reach back Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Uttarkashi - Guptkashi :

Morning drive to reach Guptkashi which is 210 km far from here.Upon arrival check in at resort for overnight stay.

Day 6 : Guptkashi - Kedarnath :

Morning after breakfast drive to reach Gaurikund whicis 32 km far from here.This is also the trek point for the Kedarnath.Start the 14 km trek to reach Kedernath.This is 1000 yrs old temple.Inside the main Temple is one of the 12 naturally formed "Jotrilingas" of India. The temple has carved shapes of Pandavas, and Lord Shiva.Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 07: Kedarnath - Guptakashi :

After breakfast, we start our journey towards Guptakashi with a stopover at Taptakund. Than after proceed to Guptkashi.Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 8: Guptakashi - Joshimath

After breakfast, we proceed to Joshimath which is 175 kms / 6-7 hrs from here.Joshimath is one of the most beautiful sites on the whole trip. Enjoy the beautiful drive through medicinal forest. On arrival in check in to your hotel. Evening is free for you to explore Joshimath on your own. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

Day 9: Joshimath – Badrinath – Joshimath :

After breakfast, we proceed to Badrinath. On arrival take holy Darshan of nBadrinath temple.We return to Joshimath in the evening. Dinner and overnight at The Chardham Camp.

Day 10: Joshimath – Rishikesh :

After breakfast proceed to Haridwar which is 250 km/9-10 hrs far from here.Arrive and check in at hotel for overnight stsy.

Day 11: Depart from Rishikesh :

After breakfast departure for the onward destination.

How to reach Haridwar/Rishikesh

By Air :- The Nearest Airport is Jolly grand 25 km away from  Dehuradun.Daily flight operates to and from Delhi, which is the nearest international airport. Delhi is connected by air to all the major Indian cities like: Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata etc.

By Rail :- Haridwar is a major railhead in the northern railways and is connected to major cities like Delhi, Dehradun, Ujjain, Kolkata, Gorakhpur, and so on. Some of the trains that pass Haridwar are Upasana Express, Janashatabdi Express, Uttaranchal Express, Ujjain Express etc.

By Road :- The NH 54 passes through the city of Haridwar. The highway is connected to Delhi, Dehradun, Nainital and other major cities within the state and outside. Its around 300 km from Delhi.
