This tour is designed for corporate in which we visit the breathtaking park of Corbett National Park and do team building activities and fun games. Corbett national park is one of the best parks for sighting of royal Bengal tiger, it is India’s first national park which comprises 520.8 km2 area of hills, riverine belts, marshy depressions, grasslands, and large lake. It is bisected by the Ramganga River, running broadly south-southwest, and the Kosi River, and their many tributaries. The park contains 488 different species of plants and a diverse variety of fauna.

Program

Day 01: Delhi - Corbett

Day 02: Arrive Corbett

Upon arrival in Corbett check in the hotel and followed by breakfast. Few hours rest. Lunch at hotel followed by team-building activity at hotel. Later in the Evening light music with born fire. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel

Day 03: Corbett

Today early morning we will have an open Jeep Safari accompanied by an expert naturalist. While doing jeep safari there is a strong probability to spot the Royal Bengal Tiger roaming around and various other wildlife species while they are resting in their habitats.

Later in the morning come back to the resort and take breakfast. You may enjoy a bath in a swimming pool. Later in the evening, move towards Kosi River and spend a few pleasant hours at the bank of the river. Come back to the resort and get caught up in the spirit of the magical place and have your dinner, overnight stay at a resort.

Day 04: Corbett  - Delhi

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Delhi.  Lunch en-route.  Upon arrival in Delhi, we will drop you in the desire location and our services will ends there.

• Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule
• Any other item not specifically mentioned above as 'INCLUDED'

General Conditions:

• All prices are subject to any revision of tax and tariff structure
• The above price is valid till 30 Nov 2020.
• The prices are on Per Person basis, Net & Non-Commissionable.
• Upon confirmation of the booking, we would require 50% of the total invoice and the balance amount can be paid 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• We reserve the right to cancel the tour in absence of deposit/balance/final payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing in the name of Shikhar Travels (India) Pvt Ltd.

For cancellation made 60 prior to the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 60-30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the invoice. For cancellation made within 30 days of the start of the tour, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the invoice.

In certain cases, the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ & would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation policy.

Unused Services & Refund

No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services.

Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip.

If there are any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals, etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither India Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.

Responsibility, Liability

All the packages are sold under the business management of India Travel Pvt. Ltd. and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither India Travel Pvt. Ltd. nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes/riots, roadblock, etc.

Governing Law

This condition and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
