THE PROGRAM

Day 01: Arrive in Srinagar

Arrive at Srinagar, meet our representative, board the cab, and drive to the hotel or houseboat. After freshening up, you are free for leisure on Boulevard Road, or you can take a Shikara ride in the Dal Lake. Later in the evening, rerun back to the hotel or houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar

Drive: 100 km.

Time: 03–04 hrs.

Altitude: 2443M

Post breakfast, go for a full-day excursion to Sonmarg, which is located at an altitude of 2,743 m. You will arrive at Sonagar after a 3-hour drive. On arrival, explore the charm of the Sindh Valley, click some amazing photographs of green meadows and beautiful forests, or take a pony ride to explore the Thajiwas Glacier. Later, drive back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

Drive: 50 km.

Time: 02–03 hrs.

Altitude: 2,750M

Post breakfast, get ready for a full-day excursion of Gulmarg, passing through snow-covered peaks and taking to the meadows of wildflowers. Gulmarg is a beautiful hill station located at an altitude of 2,750m; it is considered one of the best skiing destinations in India. Here you can also witness the highest golf course in the world, enjoy adventure activities, and trolly ride. Later, drive back to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 04: Srinagar – Pahalgam

Drive: 91 km.

Time: 03 hrs.

Altitude: 2,740M

Post breakfast, check out of the hotel, and drive to Pahalgam, a valley of shepherds. En route, visit Saffron Fields. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Later, visit Anantnag Sulpher Springs and enjoy the magnificent landscapes. Pahalgam is also famous for Bollywood movie shooting. Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Pahalgam – Srinagar

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Drive to visit the local sightseeing sites of Nishant Garden, Shalimar Garden, Chashme Shahi, Pari Mahal, and Shankaracharya Temple, from which you can see the 360-degree view of Srinagar city. Later, enjoy the Shikara ride at the famous Dal Lake. Later in the evening, enjoy the shopping at the local market. Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06: Srinagar Departure

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport to take your return flight.

• Any other item not specifically mentioned above as 'INCLUDED.'

Note: In Kedarnath, trek leaders have to share rooms with guests because there are no double or single rooms available.
